This past Sunday we said goodbye to Avis. I guess you could say that she was the person who traveled farthest to attend The Well, she is from Malaysia! She has been working here as an Au pair. It has been awesome to see how The Well has become like a second family to her as she has made so many lasting friendships and memories that she will be able to take back with her.
Although it is sad to see her go, we are so excited that she gets to go back to be with her family and continue to serve the Lord to those who need Him in Malaysia . We will miss you Avis, but no matter how far you go, you are always a member of our family!
Keep Avis in prayer as she will be heading out tomorrow evening for her long flight.
