I am now officially a homeowner! Last night Mandy and I closed on our very first house. We are really excited. We have been looking since May, because of the fact that the real estate market is so low right now. After a few months of searching we found this one. We will be spending the weekend cleaning the house from top to bottom to get ready to move some furniture in. I am especially excited because until July, the house will be my "Bachelor Pad" seeing that Mandy will not be moving in until we are married in July. Here are a few pics of the house.
