Leadership Retreat 2008 Reflections

I can not express in words how incredible it was to get together with our leaders in the mountains of Pennsylvania to set aside an entire day in seeking God to lead and guide the ministry of The Well. We started with really asking God to re-focus us on what really maters to Him. We left this weekend with a renewed sense of vision, a passion for us all to decrease and for God to increase in this ministry, and ton of new and creative ideas and approaches to the way we do ministry at The Well.

Look out! In the months to follow, we really believe that God is in the process of doing something big. Hope you can be a part of it!
